      Different phases along a leadership journey require different skills and capabilities. Leadership development always starts with knowing and leading oneself. The next step is to extend the perspective by addressing capabilities to know and lead others. 
      This program is about developing an individual leadership style that proves to be impactful and effective. With three modules, this program supports you in your transition: An initial workshop followed by individual coaching sessions and a closing workshop.
